The two balances Insy keeps for you — a fiat clip-reward balance and a crypto balance — what is withdrawable now, and how to read your money history.
Your wallet shows the money Insy holds for you personally, split across two rails. Both are always shown, even at zero.
The two balances
Fiat balance — PLN
Your clip-program reward balance, in Polish złoty. Withdrawn to a connected Stripe account.
Crypto balance — USDC
Your withdrawable crypto, in USDC. Withdrawn to a wallet address you add and control.
Earnings from things you sold with crypto checkout are different again: tracked per community or product, with a short hold before you can take them out. Those are covered in Withdrawing crypto earnings.
Withdrawable now vs. on hold
Each balance is shown as two numbers:
- Available — money you can withdraw right now.
- Pending — money that’s arrived but is still inside a hold window and can’t be withdrawn yet. Crypto earnings sit here for a few days after a sale before moving to available (see the hold explained).
A withdrawal is only offered against your available figure. If the numbers don’t add up to what you expected, the difference is almost always money still on hold.
Your money history
Your wallet keeps a running history of every movement, newest first (the most recent 50). It’s a complete, append-only ledger — nothing is ever quietly edited or deleted. A withdrawal that later failed, for example, shows up as the withdrawal and its reversal.
Each entry is money in or money out, with a plain-language label:

| Funds released | Held earnings that have cleared the hold window and are now available. |
| Withdrawal / Crypto withdrawal | Money you took out, to Stripe or to a wallet. |
| Withdrawal reversed | A withdrawal that failed, put back onto your balance. |
| Refund | A buyer refund reversing part or all of an earlier sale. |
| Balance adjustment | A manual correction by the Insy team, always with a written reason. |
